Im try open account but how open this account
wasn't even able to log in after updating. put my finger on the phone to log in then it exited itself. no warning or any pop up box to let me report or anything. had to use the web version every time.
too many updating!!!!!! logs off so quickly and have to re log in again and again, too "secure" and annoying
Extremely slow. Another famous bank in HK: I start the app, two seconds later i put my finger on the screen, 2-5 seconds later I'm good to go. Snappy and ready. This app: I start the app, i click login and I have to wait 30 seconds that it loads randomly. After that i put the finger and another 30 seconds to be in. When in, it's clunky and slow. If i use the Webpage in mobile version is fast as it's supposed to be. What do you do to make it SO SLOW!? The API must be the same, so why?

Edited from 1 to 4 stars. Works as intended and over time they've expanded features and security. Could be 5 stars of they fix lag on startup on older devices. It takes considerably longer to load compared to other HK banking apps

The keyboard is not secured when typing i-token pin to complete an FPS transfer. Please fix it.
Becomes non-functional after every few days and keep forcing you to update in crucial moments when you need to use the app immediately.
