"Extremely slow. Another famous bank in HK: I start the app, two seconds later i put my finger on the screen, 2-5 seconds later I'm good to go. Snappy and ready. This app: I start the app, i click login and I have to wait 30 seconds that it loads randomly. After that i put the finger and another 30 seconds to be in. When in, it's clunky and slow. If i use the Webpage in mobile version is fast as it's supposed to be. What do you do to make it SO SLOW!? The API must be the same, so why?"

"Edited from 1 to 4 stars. Works as intended and over time they've expanded features and security. Could be 5 stars of they fix lag on startup on older devices. It takes considerably longer to load compared to other HK banking apps"
